A sunny June day on the Rhinns of Islay, a 360° view of the small beach in the centre of Port Charlotte. While only a small beach it is a very safe beach popular with families. Children (and some adults) regular jump of the pier into the loch.

A different view of the well know Lochindaal lighthouse near Port Charlotte, made by the “old” Persabus Pottery. You could put a tealight or small candle inside to light it. Sadly mine has since broken and as the pottery isn’t making these any more I haven’t been able to replace it.
They also made a similar one of the Round Church in Bowmore, something I still have and treasure.

Seen across Loch Indaal from Port Charlotte, the old farm at Gartbreck. A brief opening in the clouds allowed the sun to break through and shine just on Gartbreck. This picture is from June 2010, the view has changed a bit since then as some of the walls and outbuildings have been taken down.
