A calm April evening on Islay, here with a view across Loch Indaal from Port Charlotte. Any explanations for those (faint) light rays in the sky more than welcome, as the setting Sun would have been behind us somewhere, not behind the hills on the other side of the loch. I don’t understand how they can look like they radiate out from a source behind the hills?
