Out at the southern end of Kilchoman beach during a late November storm with waves rolling up high on the beach. The sun is just about to disappear behind a bank of clouds (it did come back later on while I was walking back)

Out on a late morning walk on Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay in November 2025. The low sun is breaking though the dramatic clouds on the horizon, creating a moody light over the crags, dunes, beach and bay.
