A beautiful April late afternoon in the south east of Islay at Claggain Bay. The view goes out over the Sound of Jura to the mainland at Kintyre. Behind Kintyre the hills of the Isle of Arran.

A view from near the southern end of Claggain Bay, looking north over the bay and the Sound of Jura. You can just see bit of Jura peeking out behind the Islay coast at Ardtalla. Also just visible on the right the Argyll mainland on the other side of the Sound of Jura.

Possibly my favourite boulder in the world, the big boulder near Druimdrishaig at Loch Caolisport on the Kilberry Road. One of the most photogenic boulders in the world I suspect. Most definitely worth a stop on a journey to/from Islay.
