The Mull of Oa and Ireland from the Rhinns of Islay

Not sure from where exactly I took this picture, but judging from the angle I think from Port Wemyss or somewhere near it on the Rhinns of Islay. The view shows the Mull of Oa on Islay with the American Monument on the left, in the distance on the right you can make out the coast of Ireland, probably Antrim.

An impression from the weekly RSPB walk on the Oa in the south of Islay. Here we were heading out to the American Monument, from where we watched the nesting site of a Peregrine Falcon on the cliffs below. A great experience for the whole family (the lady with the red backpack is my late mother, my father and sister must have been behind me).
