A panoramic view of the south coast of Islay, the Southern Skerries just visible in the distance. If memory serves me right this is from the hillfort at Dun Beag, Loch Carn a’Mhaoil below us to the left. You can’t see them from here, but the three southern distilleries of Ardbeg, Lagavulin and Laphroaig are in the distance on the right. The pictures for this panorama were taken during an Islay walking week walk in April 2015.
Spotted near Loch Kinnabus during an Islay walking week walk, a herd of Highland Cattle lining up almost perfectly.
