I’m not sure what the ship was called, but this is one of the oil tankers delivering oil to Islay at Bruichladdich pier. Here we see it leaving, passing Port Charlotte with the OK rock just visible bottom right. Some of the lights of Bowmore visible in the distance on the left.

Spotted just as I was walking out of Laphroaig distillery, a deer with fairly impressive antlers. Was it looking for a wee dram of good Islay single malt whisky?
