Admittedly not a view you’d get with the bare eye, I used a fairly strong telephoto lens for this picture: The Paps of Jura (Beinn an Oir, Beinn a’Chaolais, Beinn Shiantaid) seen across Loch Indaal from Bowmore pier on a June afternoon.

At the end of Evans Walk you reach Loch Tarbert. Close to the shore, right behind the beach, is Glenbatrick Lodge. Behind it Glen Batrick stretches out into the distance, Corra Bheinn (left) and Beinn Shiantaidh (right) at the end.
