Can anyone tell me what these are? Spotted these tiny fishes in some shallow water in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay.

A good number of Islay’s winter visitors have flown up at the top of Loch Indaal at low tide, Barnacle Geese flying over Bridgend Woods.
