New Bruichladdich warehouses on the Rhinns of Islay

Seen from Bowmore pier across Loch Indaal, the new warehouses of Bruichladdich distillery at the southern side of the village (the original warehouses are behind the distillery, not in the picture to the right). I believe trees have been planted around them to make them less visible once the trees have grown up.

One of Islay’s finest guest houses, Bowmore House, here seen from Bowmore pier. I think the best room is probably the one with the bay window top left, it has great views in all directions over Loch Indaal (yes, I’ve stayed in it a few years back)
