A panoramic view south down Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay on a nice April day. Some dramatic clouds in the sky, but the bright sun still comes through, shining over the dunes and the waves rolling in. The crags in the distance.

Where did it come from, somewhere on Islay or further afield, possibly even the Ireland? A large piece of driftwood wedged in between the rocks at the southern end of Kilchoman beach, brought in by a high tide at some point.
