A June day at Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay, above the wreck of the Patti a good number of visitors is walking past below the dunes.

A sad sight at the ruin of Kilchoman church, one of the windows has fallen and broken over another piece of debris (I think one of the roof trusses, which fell several years ago).
