Port Askaig waiting area panorama 2005, Isle of Islay

Taken not long after it was finished, a panoramic view of the waiting/marshalling (not entirely sure what they call it officially?) area in Port Askaig in 2005. The Sound of Islay on the left, you can spot the Islay lifeboat to the left of the tall tree.

I don’t know if the Obsession is a local Islay boat or if she was visiting (if you know please leave a note in the comments), but I quite like the name. Also note the RNLI lifeboat in the background.
