A beautiful sunny April day out at Loch Indaal, visiting the beaches at Port Bàn. This is the most southerly of the three beaches. Some sea pinks growing on the rocky shore around the beach at Rubh’ a’ Phuirt Bhàin.

A view from the old radar station at Kilchiaran over the Rhinns of Islay. Kilchiaran on the right. If you look closely you can just spot the Paps of Jura towards the left. Also Loch Indaal and Laggan Bay in the distance towards the right.

Spotted at the top of Loch Indaal near Bridgend, a herd of brown and black cattle grazing right at the shore. Picture taken by my sister Imke.
