A fairly common bird, but that didn’t stop me taking a picture of it and posting it. This one was sitting on some rocks at Sanaigmore Bay.

A view across Islay from near Sanaigmore all the way to the Paps of Jura. I believe the loch just right of centre is Loch Laingeadail. Sanaigmore Bay is just below. The houses are at Loch Gruinart (not visible from here)
