A variety of gulls feeding on Loch Indaal just off Bruichladdich, Bowmore visible in the distance on the other side of the loch.

Decided in my old age I’ve become a creature of habit and it’s nice to get back to normality with the first picture I see in the morning coming from Islay .

Paps of Jura and birds on Loch Indaal, Isle of IslayAn October afternoon classic Islay view, the Paps of Jura in the distance behind the lower hills of Islay along Loch Indaal. A variety of birds visible on and above the loch, part of the feeding frenzy I had watched from Bruichladdich.
