A November afternoon on the Rhinns of Islay, a good while after sunset with the last light of the gloaming rapidly fading away. Loch Indaal towards the left with the Oa in the distance. If you look closely you can just make out the Loch Indaal lighthouse and Port Charlotte in the distance on the right. The light I think is a car coming out of Port Charlotte.

A view from just above Fraser’s Cairn (you just see it behind the earth on the right) down Gleann Mòr towards Port Charlotte and Loch Indaal. Abhainn Gearach towards the left. The water treatment plant for Port Charlotte on the right.

A different view of the Loch Indaal lighthouse, seen behind of mostly modern houses on the outskirts of Port Charlotte from somewhere on the road to Kilchiaran. Also notice Islay House in the distance on the other side of Loch Indaal.
