A view from the small layby just outside Bridgend on the road to Bowmore, looking across Loch Indaal to Port Charlotte with Beinn Tart a’Mhill in the background. Some Barnacle Geese on the roost in the foreground.

Walking back from a nice afternoon at Kilchiaran Bay to Port Charlotte I enjoyed watching a nice sunset behind Beinn Tart a’Mhill, the highest hill on the Rhinns of Islay at 232m.
A view from somewhere in Bowmore (unfortunately can’t remember where I took this picture) across some house roofs (somebody will probably recognise them and know where exactly they are) and over Loch Indaal to Port Charlotte on the Rhinns of Islay. Taken on a beautiful April afternoon over a decade ago.
