It was a rather rough and windy day on Islay when I took this picture. The water in Loch Indaal was quite choppy and Bowmore with the distillery was only just visible through the rain and spray.
Loch Indaal provides plenty of space for watersports, here someone can be seen waterskiing under the backdrop of the Paps of Jura. The picture was taken from Bruichladdich pier in April a few years ago.
