Another view of the rocks and cliffs off the Ard at Port Ellen on a stormy November morning during storm Bert. This view is from the moving ferry on the way to Kennacraig. On the right you can see Texa, if you look closely you can also spot Laphroaig distillery in the distance on the left.

A view from the Islay ferry to the mainland on a stormy November morning (notice the waves breaking at the rocks on the right). Slightly difficult to make out because its colours blend into the landscape, but if you look closely you can make out Dunyvaig castle towards the left. Behind it the famous Lagavulin distillery below the hills in the south east of Islay.
