Spotted from a RIB on the way to the famous Corryvreckan whirlpool, two puffers at the Crinan boatyard. On the right the VIC 27, Auld Reekie. On the left the VIC 32, which on her trips can occasionally be seen on Islay and Jura.

A view of the model steamer Jeanie Deans 1931 on Loch a’ Bharain from the other end, looking at her stern with paddle action nice visible on the port side of the ship. One of the various models the Mid Argyll Radio Sailing group shows on Loch a’ Bharain. Well worth a stop on a journey to/from Islay.

One of the locks on the Crinan Canal in Argyll, water flowing over the gates. Somewhere in the Dunardry area I think. A great stop on a journey to/from Islay, always something to see somewhere.
