While I was sitting in my car watching the Golden Eagle at the top of Loch Indaal I noticed some movement above me out of the corner of my eyes. Quickly got out of the car and managed to grab a few shots of a Buzzard and a male Hen Harrier seemingly having a disagreement.
A sheep resting at a fence at Ballitarsin. And a Buzzard sitting on a fence post just behind it. That is pretty much all there is to say about this picture.
Spotted near Kilchoman, a Buzzard sitting on a gate post in a field. It looked quite fluffy to me, maybe it was moulting? Hopefully the experts can explain or put me right….
